Help a Friend....and a 13bt

So my car smokes(out of the tail pipes) and im trying to figure out why

i'll try to explain everything good so its easier to understand.

*engine S4 13bt*

I need to figure out what might be wrong i have a cuple of ideas but not sure.

SIMPTOMS

*Car smokes after the engine is warm and its been rev'd you bring it up to 6k and then let it go down and it starts to smoke.

*oil smells like gas really strong/from dipstick.

*i have a HKS Piggyback Fuel/air Mixure Comp installed/ thinking it might smoke some because its really rich or Tuned that way.

*its White smoke smells really strong like gas.

it might be that the car is really rich, i can understand that, but if that's the case i just want to make sure that nothing elase might be causing the problem.

Guys Any feedback or help will be really aprishiated

There is a bit of Oil yes in the rubber by were the clamp is. A while back i saw that so i just tighten them a bit with out thinkin anything of it.

What does this mean?

Any excess oil in the turbo compressor housing would be due to oil leaking past the seal. This will make it into the motor and be burned off, which would cause gray/white smoke.

A small amount of oily residue in the intake tract is normal though since the PCV system vents vapors from the crankcase into the turbo inlet duct (TID).
