Those are front marker lights as fitted to Japanese FC's. They're not driving lights, they're just 5W marker lights. They're no brighter than the front marker lights integrated with the indicators on North American FC's, and are pretty expensive for what they are.

...bored on a satur night...took the lenses out, washed them, and polished them with aluminum polish and a high speed buffing tool...came out like showroom cond..easy to do ...and worth it
