help finding thread on starter issue and more

my 87 has sat without starting it for almost 2 yrs. I'm reviving it after fluids changed etc. Now when turning the key get a constant clicking like a power ratchet, starter is turning. Not seized as i've also "lubed" the chambers and turned by hand. Also any good threads on properly reviving after improper, feckless, unloving storage. btw been in the garage entire time, and battery is fully charged.
