HELP... Doing Coolant Bypass MOD and TB mod... HELP!

I'm working on it right now. I just installed the new TB, but in the process i ripped the lower coolant line. Is it ok for me to just plug it up!? what about the coolant line running to the BAC... can i plug that one as well? also since the TB has the thermowax removed what do i do with all the open vac lines? plug them? or just leave them open... thanks

The coolant lines were all for the thermowax, so they're now redundant. There's some debate about it, but you can either cap the coolant nipples on the water pump and rear plate, or run a hose between them.

There should only be one open vac nipple (on the back on the UIM), which you need to cap.

which line is the coolant return? the one under the TB? or the one connected to the BAC? Also is it ok to leave the BAC open ended on both ends? i'm trying to figure out why my coolant is boiling...
Also i realized i forgot to burp the system... could this be part of it? could the coolant line under the TB be sucking air into the system?

Coolant flows from the rear plate to the bottom of the TB, through the TB and out the top, through the pipe attached to the BAC valve and into the back of the water pump. You only have to cap the nipples on the engine and pump.

You should definitely bleed any air out of the system any time you empty and refill it.
