Help: Converted To E-Fan and My Eccentric Pulley Is Lopsided

well, my friend just converted to an E-fan, now the fan pulley is really lopsided and when the motor runs, the pulley just ( dont know how to say it) but its just not right, it is really not flat- like a wheel with 3 lugs tight, and 2 lug nuts off and its wobbly. It apparently has been like this for a while, and he says it feels/ drives fine. but I cant help but worry about the eccentric shaft not being balanced- what are possible consequences of this, and how does he fix it?

it might just be mounted wrong and the e-shaft is fine, but taking it off to inspect per the FSM (and inspect how the fan was installed and if it's in proper condition) might be a good place to start.

The pulley bolt holes are not symetrical, so it can only go on one way & run true.

See if all 4 bolts are installed.
If there are only two or three, then shame on you previous mechanic.

All 4 are on, We pulled them off, and tried to remount it its betted- but still wobbly... just looks very unappealling. kinda like when you scrap the bottom of your bumper in a dip- you wont see the scrape but you know its there.....

Are you talking about the e-shaft pullies or the water pump pulley? Because so far you said it's both...

The fan was not bolted to the e-shaft pulley, it was bolted to the water pump pulley.

You actually shouldn't have touched any of these pulleys to put an e-fan on, but it sounds like you've just done it wrong. Pull them off and do it again.

I bet it is because the 3 pullies on the e-shaft are kind of pressed together and one didn't quite go on straight.
