HELP coilovers4vert,poss.Tii

Here's the deal:
rust bucket 77'Rx-3sp for s5 vert clean body int. is avrg. needs BAD cleaning.
QUES? I also have an s 4 t2 that I would be swapping motor for once the carb'd. 13B it has in it now lets go.Can i do this swap by changing the harness from the dash forward? or?( quick explanation is all I need)
QUES2? I had bought a set of four HKS hipermax coilovers from Tony Farkas for a good deal. But some people tell me that the coupe and vert susp. are NOT interchangeable! Please help clarify. Probaly trade tomorrow depending on what 411 I get from you guys. Help Appreciated!-Erik

I don't think vert/coupe shock design is different.,
anyways if you need coilovers for your fc coupe
