i switched the 2 wires that normally sits in a plug but my car is missing that plug it is just the wires.
And now the car Doesn't get power to the ECU or fuelpump, but the headlights work...after switching back the wires the problem remains!!!!!

What tha f8ck did i do!!!!

On the back of the alt there is a two pin plug. This has two small gauge wires coming out.

It sounds like you have them reversed. One lead feeds the CPU (body computer- not engine computer) or Clock/warning panel on S5 models; the other is the reference for voltage for the internal regulator of the alt and it goes to ignition. If you have them backwards, the lead that normally powers the CPU (or clock/idiot lights on S5 models) back feeds the ignition circuit in the car, keeping the car running.

These are seperate of the large gauge wire that goes to the fuse box next to the battery.

Not sure what you mean by the wire that goes to the relay. None of them should be going to any standard relay.
