Angry Help Car not starting

Here's the story. When my rad blew I replaced it and shortly after I did that my clutch went out. So when that happened I just started my car everyday so I know that everything in my car was at full operation. After a while my car ran out of gas (I was completey on E) When I ran out of gas, I filled it up and no go when I tryed to start the car. (I have about a 1/2 tank) doesn't start just cranks. I cleaned out the NGK spark plugs and put ATF in the spark plug housing for compression just in case. The car does crank at medium speed. Does anyone have any ideas why it won't start up. I mean it doesn't even fire up. Just cranks and cranks and cranks also the starter sounds like it is going to die after 10 minutes of trying to start it up. Feels like the battery is draning bad... But the main question is what if the car runs out of gas and after filling it up it will not start. (The car started perfectly when there was gas but after the no gas incindent it would not start up at all. I put gas in the tank like I said). Cranks but nothing else.... I've done my researching for about 1 1/2 weeks. Any clues at all?!?!? (i'm only stupided enough not to fill my gas after I start it up to keep it running)

Jumper the fuel pump check connector. Turn the key to ON. Listen to hear the fuel pump. Did you hear it?

I havent run out of gas yet, so i dont know if it is suppose to be hard to start when you fill it back up. But shorting the fuel pump check connector should fix it, if the problem is just gas not reaching the engine.

After I changed my fuel filter, the gas lines were completely emptied, and the car started first try after shorting the fuel pump check connector. It is the yellow connector in front of the front right shock tower, near the pressure sensor. Short the connector, and turn the key to on, and wait 5 seconds and your system should be pressurized.

Have you tried to pop the clutch. And also make sure the groundwire on the back of the motor is connected. This was broke on mine at one point and it wouldnt crank at all. Anyway just some ideas.

change your plugs. Or test your plugs against the block. Take each plug out and test them to see if they spark.

Tired that now I got fuel. Now no sparks... What would cause the car not to spark?

Did you flood her now? How are you verifying "no spark"?

Pump runs when the check connector is jumpered? Verified fuel at the injectors?

Nevermind I have spark just used a non-metal wire hanger. I had a kinda polyish coat hanger. I test this by cutting a metal coat hanger from my closet putting it in the wire place for the plug and put it right next to the spark plug to see if it got spark and it did. Ok I unflooded the motor by taking out the leading plugs and cranking the engine without the EGI fuse and a lot of white mist came out. (Gas probably) and then putting those back in and taking out the trailing plugs and cracked that one also with the EGI fuse out. So I think no more floodedness. (knock on wood)

There is gas in my engine since I took off my plugs and cleaned them then put them back in and cracked it took them back out and they were soaked in gas. So no fuel problem.... I'm going to try what gxl90rx7 said.
