^ Of course how can it spin? Shouldn't the Apex seal keep it aligned?

exactly, it cant spin. The apex seal is set in there with the engine facing the way that that hole is on the solid end of my 2 piece apex seal. the corner piece end is on the complete end.

just checked endplay its good, just checked cooling system and its good. now I just need a stupid ******* teflon o-ring for the front cover!!!!

durr I didn't think of that. Yeah, I'd say go for it. Just don't blame us if it doesn't work. **** happens, and you reap what you sow. So I mean if you're not comfortable with it, you'll rest easier knowing you replaced the rotor. If you are and it works out, more power to you.

zombie bump! Just pulled the engine over the weekend and the hole is still the same size.

Is that on the rear side where the triangle piece goes (if using three piece seals)? Could it be caused by one of the corners of said piece?
