HELP with Bad Coil Pack!!!!

I need to know what are they effects of a bad Leading coil pack. It's way out of range for Resistance 5.29 M OHM(needs to be .2-.5ohm) and my car is running like ****...lack of power...no idle, sounds like a poorly done bridgeport... Does anyone have experience with a BAD coil pack??? What did you car do? Thanks people..

I have no experience with bad coils on these cars. But I have had a bad coil on one of my other cars (626) but it caused it to not even start. But as mentioned in another post; be very careful when messing with those coils. Those suckers produce enough juice to melt your insides.

Yea I was testing it while running *sorta*( I seriously think she's blown, just got it running again after 2 weeks) and it arked fine, plenty of spark(as far as I can see) car ran like ****, sputering and all. Then tested em with my mutimeter and found the trailing was ok but Leading was wayyy from ok. I don't know if this is causing the car to do what it is doing or not, I've fixed/replaced everything else that could be it....I just need to hear hopefuly from someone that has had a coil go bad on them and can say, "yea thats what it does, runs like **** doesn't it."
