Help with Apexi Power Intake

I have the filter and brackets, but no installation instructions. Anyone have some they could scan and email me? Or else does anyone have a picture or two of the installed filter they could post? I'm just not sure if i have all the pieces and how to install it. Thanks!

what all do you have done to your car. if you install it without a heat sheild youll be sucking warm air and youll lose powere the stock intake is the best was to go. because its mounted in the best place to get the cold air.

Werd,

I suggust you build a CAI or a cold air box, otherwise you'd just be sucking in heat from the engine, negating any gains made from using the cone filter.

Contructing a CAI is simple, search on it if you have any questions ;o!

Yea, I know about the cold air box. I have every intention of doing something but i have to mount the filter first so i can see what i need. I know I'm missing two of the four mounting brackets. I'll have to fab them myself and don't think that will be a problem. I just need to see where the two I have were designed to go and take it from there. I also need to see how the filter is attached to the AFM. I can figure something out on my own but I'm not one to reinvent the wheel! Any pics would be appreciated. Or if someone has the original instructions, Jappanese or English, as long as there are diagrams, could you scan them and email them to me or attach them to your post? Thanks!
