Thanks for the large font, my eyes are crap and that was helpful.
So, you did one thing right.
You did make a few errors, however.
You used "cheap" and "rebuild" in the same sentence.
In fact, you said "cheap" a few times...this must stop.
The second, and by far most egregious error, was asking questions before making even a rudimentary effort to educate yourself.
Not only does this expose you to the inevitable "Search, *******!" responses (just never gets old...) but actually harms your future progress. No one expects you to know much but it's obvious that your questions could be mostly answered, if not entirely then at least more focused, by spending some time reading the forum.
Read the FAQs, then move on and read the build threads.
There are whole sections devoted to engine management and performance engine tuning, read 'em.
So, to sum up...read more and kiss all your money goodbye.

Read clokkers post above. Rebuild and cheap doesn't compute when placed in the same sentence.
There is already discussion on 6 port motors damn near ouflowing the intake manifolds as it is. The best thing you can do to that motor to increase power is to cut the baffles out of the exhaust inserts and port the exhaust.
Spend your money on good parts to rebuild. Porting things only works if the engine runs.
