Hello..i just got me a 87 rx7, it has 150k but i have paper work on a new motor that was replace when the car had 80k..well the car been park for 3 yrs..the guy told me that the eng was lock up..when i got it home find out that the smog pump was lock not the eng..yay..by the way i pay 500 for it..anyway the injectors are not opening..i got fuel,and fire..but no injector signal!!!! Please help.

 

Which injectors are you measuring as only the primaries are used for starting and idling. The most accesible injectors on the engine are the secondaries.

 

Im so dum!!! I was cheking the top ones...oops...lol...ill ck tomorrow the bottom ones....sorry is my first injected 7....i been old school all my life..

 

86-88 wiring sucks! I might have a harness, and ECU, and maybe injectors if you find you need those parts. I really hate the S4's for that reason.

 

No sure how hard a 5 speed swap would be but that and some S5 Trim, S5 Tails, S5 bumpers in that color would be a nice looking car.
