I have an '86 RX7 GXL. If I leave it sitting for more than 5 hours, and come out and try and start it, the battery is drained. Well, all I did was try taking off the battery connections and just reattatch when I came out to drive her. Well this worked for about 2 days. Well I went out to my car yeterday and hooked the cables back up, and I started the car, it started, then died a few seconds after. Then I tried to turn the key again and start it, and the gauges didn't even move, and there wasn't even a click like it was trying to spin the starter or anything when I turned the key. the battery is fine, it is brand new, and it was already replaced to make sure that wasn't the problem. I need help.
Oh and before i tried to start the car, last time I started the car, from under the dash I heard this beeping, but it went away as soon as I started driving. It was a constant beep almost like it was an error code type of beeping. Someone please help, the car is sitting in front of a business and if I can't get it moved soon it will be towed and it is my daily driver. Thanks.

 

So no one has any idea of how to fix this or any input at all? I need help anyone have a link to something similar or anything?
