Covered in the FAQ for FC sticky thread found at the top of this section.

Headlight switches will fail if the parking light bulbs are not maintained. In 90% of the cases where the parking lights or dashlights burn up the harness it is because the bulbs themselves have been poorly maintained and the bulb sockets and connections have corrosion on them.

In the other 10% of the cases, it is due to either extra lights improperly wired onto the circuit or cold solder joints in the switch assembly.

I have rebuilt headlight switches available on my webstore, but if the harness has been damaged you will need to replace that as well (harnesses available from Mazda dealers and Mazdatrix). It is also recommended on using a relay on the parking light circuit. Those are also available on my webstore, or you can wire one yourself from instructions posted in the 2nd gen archive section of the board.

Also in the future, please use real thread titles. Help or Please or help me or any other lame title that does not describe the actual problem seldom get much help here. You will want to use thread titles that describe exactly what you are asking. Also please read the FAQ for FC sticky thread before posting as well as search using the search function found in the upper right hand corner of the page. Many commonly asked questions are covered in the FAQ for FC or in past threads easily searched and found.
