Help!!!

I dont post here much and thats because I find all the answers to my questions with the search. This time Im afraid it cant help me. I was driving home from my gf's earlier, I start to slow down for a stop light. My car shakes a lil bit. I push the clutch in for my to stop. When I push the clutch in my car stalls. I start it back up start going again. But It feels like I started in 3rd gear it feels like its bogged down reallly bad. So i double check that its in first which it was. I give it a lil mroe gas and the car makes some awful noises. ITs shaking horribly and the exhaust sounds pathetic. I made it home and didnt get above 35, luckily it was a short drive. When all this happened it was cool outside. My temp and oil pressure were fine. This is a 88 se. Only mods are intake and racing beat header and exhaust. Engine has 125,xxx miles on it. Did my engine just pop or is it fixable.

Before you do that you might want to check to see if your afm just got disconected. But with that many miles its smarter to do a compression check?

if you didn't know:

Poor Man's Compression Check: (Yes/No answer only)

take out front leading (bottom) plug.
take out EGI fuse.
turn car over, should hear "Whoosh-Whoosh-Whoosh"
If you don't hear it, it's blown.
Repeat for rear rotor.
