HELP with the 1988 turbo II

Whenever i get to around 3800 RPM's My motor almost completely dies. What is causing this?! my wiring is all relatively clean. Thanks In advance!

It could be a problem with the secondary injectors since 3800 is where the primaries and secondaries start to split the load. There's really only a few things involved with that though: ECU, fuel pump, pressure regulator, wiring.
