YAY! found my light retractor problem!!
okay so it turns out it is the head light relay, i had to swap in an older motor to get it to work. but i am sure its the relay. so my Q is
can i find these relays anyware? or can i bypass the relay entirely by splicing? orrrr will i have to put in my own custom relay??? and no there arnt any junk yards anywere near by.

I've had to Swap out Headlight Motors a couple of times.Sometimes they have a Relay, sometimes they don't..You "could" try the Motor without the relay and See if it works. The worst it can do is Not work and Blow your Retractor Fuse..Have a Buddy flip the Lights on,and you Stand at the Battery Ready to disconnect..that way it won't Get "hairy"..(but When I did the Swapping, everything turned out OK,no Blown fuses,no Buzzin of relays,No Power drain afterwards.)

ohhh yeah, my relay was kinda makin a buzzin noise now that you mention it. can i just splice the harness and match up the wires to make it work? i tried it with an identical relay that was at the front of the car, attached it, but it wouldnt STOP going up and down. so i mean it IS getting power with a new relay...
