Im needing to know what the differences is between a 88 automatic and 88 manual rx7 wiring harness and computer and if there is any other major differences besides pedals and trans.

The reason im asking is because I know a guy that has a 88 auto rx7 that had a minor engine fire (pulsating damper) and I have the wiring harness and all the senors to hopefully get it back running down the road.
My wire harness and computer is for a manual 88 rx7 also the rat nest. Things were pretty crispy so I could really tell off the bat.

 

The ECU's are the very same. The difference in the wiring harness are a few wires may be color coded differently, but this is depicted in the wiring diagrams.
