Thick or thin? If it is thick, then it is the air hose to the split air pipe. If it is thin, then it is the little hose that supplies pressure to the 5th and 6th port actuators...

Its a thin one. Where would it attach to the acuators??
both acuators have nothing attacked under them and i can't find a damn picture of that side view of the engine. And i can't find any place that the hose will attach to.

Is there a thin metal pipe that leads from the engine compartment down to the catalytic converter? That loose hose attaches from a nipple on that pipe to the nipple on the side of the engine behind the rear actuator. It carries air pressure that opens the actuators. If you don't have a air pump or cat, the metal pipe probably got pulled out as well.
