heating

im sure im going to be yelled at for this..but i wake up really late and almost always get to work 30min late( its all good cuz i stay 30min later to offset the time difference or i dont take lunch...) BUT sometimes i leave in the morning without warming up...i dont rev above 3k(just to get to highwayspeed) and tahts it i dont even boost...is this killing my motoR? please just a yay or nay or a recommended option....also when its warm and i boost i can smell a gassy smell and im not running that rich...well i checked injectors after a run and no fuel...on the injectors...im wonderinf if the dampner is going out? or is it my exhuast...i mean hey i have no interoir and gutted cats? also some minor vac leaks in the rear..behind the manifold.....(cheap hoeses expanded too much and are rocking the BLOWBY....suxor.....)

Driving withough warming up the engine shouldnt be doing any damage if you dont boost. As for the rest of the stuff, i have no idea.
