Heater problems

The problem I have is that when I try to put the heat on it just blows normal air. Could this be that the heater doesn't work or some other problem. Any replies would be helpful.

I guess by normal air you mean cool air?? It could be several things - most likely you need to resolder the logicon. I had the same problem (except I was stuck with only hot air!). This happens because poor solder joints prevent the cold/hot selector from being set properly. The other possibility is that the air mix motor is shot.
