Heater Core blown? Possibly ducting problem?
I'm having a problem with my heater..
Im not sure if it's the heater core that is blown.. or a fan/ducting problem..
With the heater on full power.. i get next to no air blowing out any vent.. On defrost, very little air comes out the top of the dash.. but the windshield does not get covered in steam.. which leads me to believe that the heatercore is fine...
I can HEAR the fan blowing at full power.. but next to nothing comes out.. Is it possibly that the vents are clogged?
Any input would be appreciated before I take my whole dash apart..
P.s.
I have an '86 N/A.

i too have had this issue.. its the blower itself that is not connected to the ducts under the dash... if you feel under your glove box you should feel air moving down there.. use some good quality duct tape or something to reconnect em (if its just a small tear) otherwise fab a piece of plastic that can reconnect both of em.
