The car has been like this since I bought it. From my climate control panel, I can control my fan speed, but any adjustment to temperature or vent location has no response. I dealt with it for a while, but now with the rain and everything it's hard driving because if I don't keep at least one window down then every window in the car fogs up preventing me from seeing.

When I got my sound system installed, the technician that worked there told me that there was a short in a wire that he pointed out to me. I know one fuse might be connected to it because I replaced a burnt out one that turned out to be responsible for my dome lights. After about a minute it blew it again and I stopped trying. Back to that wire, i'm unaware it if it has any connection to the climate control, but all I know is that it's a yellow wire with green spots, or the other way around. Some have told me that it's the heater relay located somewhere in the dashboard but I don't know where it is. Any ideas? I get fan speed, but no temperature or vent adjustment.
