Use your imagination. Stainless zip-ties work well. I've in the past used the bolts that hold the upper intake to the lower intake to make a shield that totally covers the lower intake. Downpipe bolts, or simply redrill and tap the broken stock bolts (though not really possible with the manifold on the car).

Heat wrap is kind of hard to get on the NA manifold since there's nowhere to loop it around so an actual heat shield is best.

On the turbo manifold, you can wrap the manifold and hot side easily due to it's shape.

I was afraid you'd say that.

The bolt idea sounds pretty good. Hell, maybe it's a good time to get a header.

The heatshield covering my lower intake bolts to my custom upper using the intake mounting studs and it seems to work fine. If you are crazy, you can install longer exhuast studs in your housings and then make a nice form-fitting heat shield that surrounds the stock manifold....might not even need longer studs as the thickness of a heat shield is negligible.

Changing the oil is confusing enough for me . I'll see what I can rig up though. Thanks for the ideas.
