The other day my left front headlight got stuck and then my right headlight won't go down so my right headlight is up and my left headlight is down...but I can still turn on my lights
Any info on maybe what the problem is?

When did you last lubricate the headlight hinges?
If the hinges haven't been lubricated regularly you may have just blown the fuse.Otherwise could be the switch, the motors or a wiring problem.

try flipping the motor actuato switch with the car turned off and you standing outside the car if you can hear the motor its not a fuse. there is also a manual crank under the headlight assembly someplace. I havent had to use it but read about it in my haynes manual. go get one if you dont have one already

So did you see if the retract fuse in the engine compartment is blown? Or not? Rectangular fuse box, left hand side of engine bay. If its good, go to the one that is up, and with the light sw in the off position, get under the headlite assy and look up. There is a **** there, possibly covered with a rubber cover. Rip the cover off and turn the **** in the down direction. You'll figure which direction by observing the lite assy. With both full down, and nothing jamming either one, turn the lites on. What happened? Did not work? Take one of the plugs off the headlite motor. Put a meter on the white with a green stripe wire. Got 12v? Should be there day and nite key or no key, lites on or off, does not matter. Got 12v. Ok look at the Red with blue wire for 12v with the lite sw in the on position. I think you've just got a blown fuse in the rectangular fuze box in the engine bay. 30a labeled RETRACT. I'd manualy run both actuators to check for binding before replacing the fuze. Put both in the same position that your lite sw has them in. You should have fixed this problem before you read this post. Just exercising my fingers. http://www.iluvmyrx7.com free electrical schematics.
