about a week ago i was driving and it began to rain/ well windshield wipers suck so i got under a gas station and waited there until it died down as i walked into the store i noticed my lights were left on and i ran outside to turn them off/ anyways i went home and began to get dark my girl called me to come pick hert up and i started the car didnt notice anything wrong so i drove on the street then i noticed alot of cars flashing me so i pulled over and both lights were blown well i changed the fuse and nothing happened all my lights work except my headlights. can someone help me please /
