Arrow Headlights ½-open

I've been searching round this forum, trying to find an article that informs one of how to get the headlight to open only a little bit or halfway. something like the inplemented picture, but nothing found yet.. anyone?

Does anyone also know which kit this is?

Not trying to be a jerk.. But it doesn't seem like you've searched. These threads are posted pretty often.... Just search for words like "sleepy" and light and whatever....

Though I don't think I've seen one actually use that 1/2 symbol before this hehe.

edit: Whoops, just saw that there was another thread with more answers when I was searching a thread to link hehe.

Its called the sleepy eyes or something like that.. i dont it on both my car i used to have.. it takes to ppl.. have one in the car and one outside the car(hood open) and pull the headlight fuse in the main box(same box as the EGI fuse ect..) just pull the fuse out and the lights will stop... they will stay light that all the time if lights are on or off.. or you can just pull the fuse and use the manual adjusters to put them where you want them..
