Just wondering if there is a set of headers that bolt to the stock cat. In VA they inspect for the cat, mine is gutted, but I wouldn't mind trying to at least try to make the world a greener place. I have a 87 S4 N/A.

 

you live in newport news and they check your cat?! i have lived in norfolk all my life and no one has never even looked under my car. regardless, if you wanna keep your cat, i know for sure that the corksport headers bolt to the the main cat:

i dont think the rb headers do, and im not sure about rx7.com's or pacesetter.

 

Yeah, that's news to me. ****, I got my FC inspected with straight pipes once.

look in the group buy area... we are doing one for corksport headers... get some

 

i know certain parts of the state do emissions test (mostly northern and western VA) but i think most metropolitan areas (i.e. the 7 cities area and richmond) do not. there is a list of the counties that actually have smog tests on the vadmv website i think
