i could use a bit of help here....i bought a used rb header from someone,as well as a rb presilencer from somebody else.both units are in great shape,the header obviously has the rb stamp/cutout in the mounting flange,and,the presilencer looks just like the pic on theyr site.now,i was under the impression that these 2 pieces should bolt right up,as well as bolt to the y-pipe.i have not pulled anything of the car,but,the presilencer very much does NOT bolt to the header!!its quite a bit bigger,the presilencer is about 2.25"id,and the header 1.62"id[1.5/8].of course the bolts are different also.what gives here??it only showes 1 model# for 86-91 header,as well as presilencer on the rb website....any help would be much appriciated!!is there enough room to push the presilencer back and put a adapter piece in there?thanks

if bought the right stuff they should bolt right up like mine do just search for 86-91 header and you will see what it llooks like
