header/ pineapple sleeves

Should I replace my stock collector with a header while I have my lower intake manifold off seeing as how everything is so open right now? What will be different in regards to performance? Will I notice a big difference if I stick a header on and put the pineapple sleeves in?

if the rx8 sleeves come with them why not just put those in the fc's and be done with it?

I just installed a set of the PR inserts. last week in my '86 na.

No huge power gains, but I can definitly feel a smoother power band from about 5k-7.5k rpm.

Couldn't tell you about the header...

Maybe you could tell me when you get yours in?
