Head rest speaker questions

Is there a way to wire it in to an aftermarket radio so it comes on all the time with the other speakers.

I don't have the switch for them any more so I'm just asking

Can you use the antenna/amp lead to turn them on?

the miatas just have the headrest speakers wired up as rear speakers, so you could do something like that...

That's all I did. Not the most elegant, but at least I can hear my aftermarket stereo now. You might have to tweak the fade settings to balance out the sound with the door speakers. Vert was missing the rear amp, so none of the console controls work for the headrest speakers. I love watching new passengers trying to turn them up using the OEM controls.
