head lights squeak when flipped up and down?

well it squeaks.. and i'm trying to figure out why... do i need to regrease it or something?

headlight motor going bad?

and where would i spray it at...

spray the damn thing. hinges, levers, under the headlight you'll see that thing.

i heard not to use wd40... where it will kill all the teflon...
someone told me to use white lithium grease?
where could i possibily get that?

Any Auto Parts store should carry it. The White lithium spray smells really bad though. Stick with the grease and you should be good.

White Lithium Grease FTW!!!

please dont say anything if you dont know anything... never use WD40 on any plastic parts because WD40 eats plastic faster than you can read this post.

edit: instead try some pure silicon oil. should be avaible at your local hobby store. i used to use on my airsoft guns and it doesnt eat plastic at all (in fact if its pure silicon oil it helps condition the plastic). but make sure its PURE SILICON oil (read the label).

Same goes for delrin. WD40 is not a worder fix for everything. Hater sauce is where its at im tellin ya.
