hayden efan controller

hi, i just purchased the efan controller by hayden automotive from local advanced auto....part number 226203

temp range 32-248F (adj)
no A/C relay
amp rating 15A
push in probe

ok....currently i have a tauras fan ready to be put in and a permacool 16incher on its way to my house, my question is will this controller support the fans i will be running?.....i know the permacool will only draw 9-10ish when operated....but at startup im not sure if the controller can handle the amp draw.... my first option was the 226204 with the optional AC relay 30A rating but that rung up at 65~ at the cash register and the 226203 was only 20 bucks......would this controller work or do i need to go back and get the upgrade?

thanks
mike

Why don't you measure the current draw of the fans?
That will answer your own question.

I don't know the current draw of a "Taurus fan".

15A is kinda low.
Most of the high flow electric fans I've seen are more like 20A.

I highly doubt you can run both fans off this 15A system.

I would be using a 40/30 amp contact relay, and have that controller only controlling the relay.

I would be surprised if a 15 amp switch could handle a fan.
