lexan is stronger than plexiglass as well as stronger
yes i can fab just about anything, but then there is the question of whether i feel like it or not......

oh yeah i forgot,
if i get around to making a mold i will see if i can vacuu-form a one piece, lexan cold-air box, i am not sure if it will fit in the VF but we are getting a new one soon. ill see what i can do.....
