Question Have you guys done this before?

Would it be a good idea to take the EGR valve off? I'm not sure if that will help with my bad gas mileage (not as normal as suppose to be) ... or will it be a waste of time? Have any of you guys done this before?

The EGR valve is an emissions thing...If it is NOT working, then it could slighly effect gas milage, in which case removing it would "fix" the problem. Really, removal is just a way to clean up the engine.
