Losing power in turns

87' T2. and not as in electrical power, but all ability to move forward, power... It only does it say if Im pulling onto the road in heavy, fast moving traffic from a stop. Wheel turned almost all the way and when I take off it bogs but picks right back up when I straighten it out. So for short, hard accel in turn = loss of power. Any ideas? It almost acts like a carbed car for anyone who has driven a carburated car.

It's either a dirty fuel filter on the pump or your tank baffles are gone/rusted out.
