I did the TB mod and BAC removal a few weeks ago also got the injectors cleaned while I was at it. And I must say" Wow what a difference" eventhough the injectorcleaner guy told me that they were worn out, I still felt a big difference in first and second.
And from what ive been told, removing the BAC could cure your bouncy idle, mine is steady at 800-950

Absolutely (on your first question). This Is It's primary reason as to why this mod Is done. Your second question Is dependant on Jason pulling through with the pics lol.

ThinkGeoffrey, you need to delete the webarchive.com line in your image codes. But thanks alot for hosting this stuff, I've been looking all over for a good write up on this mod too.

well maybe its just me but i still get all xs and no pics for that tb mod

 

I'm having problems as well.. it's giving me funky webarchive links..

The pics come up as x then you click on a pic and I get the following link

If I delete out teh web archive thing then the pic works..
