My hatch isnt opening at all. i pull the lever and one side pops but the other side dosn't. please help

Take a screwdriver and pop it. If that doesn't work there is something wrong with your lock or the cable is loose.

 

i had the same prob, pull back the carpeting and where the latches are ther is a metel rod thqat goes into a connector that moves the latch, pop the connector open, move the rod a little and try it, keep moving the rod till it works!
