No, to use them you'll need the holes in the seat like on a racing seat and a roll cage/bar to attach them to.

there are ways to make some types fit, my friend had some in his wrx that just went over the top of the seat shoulders. one thing is to make sure you don't bolt the shoulder belts to the floor behind you because in a crash it can cause your spine to compress and fatal injury may occur. so you have to bolt the shoulder belts at around a 45* angle?!? back to around the strut tower area.

you want to mount the shoulder harnesses at a 10-30 degree angle. if you dont have a rollbar, mount them near the strut tower, thats what i did. perfectly safe, passes tech, etc. just make sure that when you mount the hsouldher harness, you use a FAT backing plate, and when you mount the lapbelt, piggyback it off your stock seatbelt so you can use the OEM mounting bolt.

Judging by this picture, the harnesses would be OK on N/A seats, but not on Turbo II seats. N/A seats have an adjustable headrest (far left), whereas Turbo II seats have a fixed headrest (far right).

no it will not. running the shoulder harness around the fixed headrest is a recipe for disaster. if you want to put in a harness, do yourself a favor and get a racing seat. you can get a used one in decent condition for cheap, and having a seat that holds you into the car makes a HUGE difference when your driving hard.
