Unhappy Harder to get into gears >_<

So my 89 TII is slowly getting harder to get into gears, i beleive it's the bushings on my C's short throw shifter, but i was wondering what would be a good tranny oil to slow down the wear and tear. Thanks for your imput guys!

any high-quality synthetic...

NEO is apparently the best, but expensive.

redline seems good to, it should help alot to switch to synthetic, if you are using just stock type fluid right now.

ive been told after using redline that it seemed worst for about a week or so and then after that the tranny was way better.

also, you may want to check your clutch master and slave if its causing any problems.

becuase it can seem hard to get out of gear w/ a problem on one of those as it doesnt push enough fluid to move the clutch all the way. mine was a sperattic problem, happened just sometimes.
