Hard start problem (already searched)

Okay ever since the rebuild (about 4k miles ago) ive had a problem starting the car at first i figured it was the cold start not working which is not a bid deal so i ignored it but now its more of a bitch to start cold and hot most of the time. Let me break down my symptoms i might get video on here too cuz its weird how it sounds.

-When cold it takes like 5-10 tries to get it to idle while very slightly pushing the throttle. When i (slightly) push the throttle i get like 1-2 seconds of idle and it sounds like im running on one rotor (sounds like a lawnmower)

-When the motor is hot/warm it doesnt start without playing with the throttle. I dont think its flooding because if i push the throttle all the way down it makes it worse (i have rtek so de-flooding is done by pushing the gas pedal all the way down). Also i rebuilt the primary injectors like 1k miles ago.

Will appreciate the help

damm no replies? well ya i was just wondering because all the searches i found say its flooding and im sure thats what it is because last time i tried to start it i took out a plug and it was wet with gas. But the primary injectors i have on them were just rebuilt so i doubt they are leaking.
