If you have a big enough vacume leak, the car will be hard to start when it's cold, but will fire right up when it's warm.
Try the carb cleaner method. With the motor running spray all around the engine, if the idle goes up, you have a leak in that area.

******* ****...damn, to start my car i pump it, i guess i'll try the one hit method, i do while the ignition is on then some more to start my car, i'm starting to believe my TID is jacked up because i also got IDLE drop, did everything to my car nothing works, just if only the damn home depo has 2->2.5 couplings dammit.
