hard shifting and hizzing sound on reverse...

hard shifting and hizzing sound on reverse...
Hey guys I dont know if some of you saw my post on the clutch and white smoke but if you didn't here:

Now my tranny is hard to shift not really noticable but it kinda wants to grind and in reverse sometimes ill give me like a blow of valve husghing sound... really really tiny. What could it be ? i replaced all the syncros about a year ago.

UPDATE: teh hizzing soudn on reverse increased and now that same sound in a smaller tone is coming up everytime i gas it into first gear as well... any ideas? maybe it needs more tranny fluid?

if it sounds like something is whinning along with a rattling that is a piece of synchro that chunked off and is getting tossed around in your tranny. If its just gear whine then you should add some more fluid.

Check out your motor mounts, when the go bad it can make it kinda hard to shift. Or it could be the syncros, but you said you replaced them like a year ago...
I dont know about the noise, I would have to hear it LOL.
