Hard Hot Starts and Compressor Vac Line HELP

I have two problems.

1. The metal nipple that comes out of the turbo compressor popped out today and I pushed it back in but I have a feeking it's gonna come out again, How can I fix this, to make it nice and snug, because now it feels a little loose.

2.I have 1550 miles on my rebuild and ever since 1100 I have developed a problem with hard hot starts. It floods and I have to deflood it 5-6 times and by then the battery is almost drained. One of these times it's gone drain that battery and I'm gonna be screwed. What is the problem? I have a couple guesses: Fouled plugs? I cleaned them a week ago and it seemed to help but for only a short while.
Low compression:Obvious right? But why would it develop all of the sudden around 1100 miles?
Old Battery: Is my battery getting old and weak and just can't turn the motor over enough?
Some other major vac leak that I have not found(or that one nipple above?)

Thanks guys, I need help.
P.s this might be a double post, if so sorry.

okay so c'mon guys help me out. How can I make that vac line secure.

Sure the rebuild has low compression, is it a combination of fouled plugs and low compression? I think so, but I need reassurance.
I'll repost this here, how can I pull codes for a check engine light? Mine goes off when I am boosting an amount.

Thanks,

Take a compression test to see what the readings are. Have never used JB weld, but a lot of guys swear by it. You may be able to insert an awl or something of that nature into the end and try an "flare" that nipple. Don't go too large or your never get it in.

I could put a thin layer around it, and tap it in there I guess? I have a feeling it's creating a vac leak too and throwing my idle off a bit. Should I still be have this type of compression problems at 1550?
