GXLII: Ready to run (GXL to TurboII)
Hello once again. This is the last update on my GXLII project before the 5th big starting day. So far, I've gone through stuck side seals, which made me rebuild, then my damn oil rings got broke being installed (doh), thus rebuild #2, so everything is back together, and SHOULD be good to go. At the moment it's sitting in the garage, fully assembled, waiting for antifreeze and oil, and also a replacement front-cover oil-line bolt, but other than that, let's hope she finally purrs tomorrow, without a smoke screen I'd post pictures but I'm eating at the moment, so you'll have to wait.

Thanks Kevin, sorry I couldn't ship it out to you, I calculated out my funds, and I didn't have enough money, so this is my last attempt, if it doesn't work after this, I'll send you the damn car and you can fix it/do whatever/keep it until I can pay you for it, so lets hope it runs tomorrow

Hahahahaha, I work on answering others as well, or at least I attempt to do so, I have been ahead of you since 800 or so, been a close race however! Yeah, me and scott (skippydog) got the engine out on tuesday, found the problems (also noticed a squished thrust bearing) and ordered all the parts, got some on Thursday the rest today, put it all together, put the engine in, and ready to turn the key tomorrow!

Oh, damn, I forgot about pictures, brb!
You can be damn sure I would if I had antifreeze and oil, sadly I'm all out of both and no place is open with any!

Hahaha, pictures are on the way, let me copy them to the webserver. I took a lot of pictures of the parts supplied by none other than Kevin Landers @ Rotary Ressurection

Time for the pictures!
Here is a picture of the time saver! Am I ever happy I picked this thing up when I did!
And here it is, with a dent in the intercooler, ready to run!
Picture of the TurboXS type S BOV and hypntyz7's high quality block off plate (thanks Kevin!)
This just speaks for itself, since my old sunroof was locked in place, I bought a replacement from Rotary Ressurection, and well, it matches perfectly!
Here's a sad showing of the elements in Michigan

Round #2:
An assortment of parts from my 86 RX7 that is no longer with us *moment of silence* If anybody is interested in any of the parts in the hatch, feel free to make offers
Here's a better look at the 13BT
A Happy GXLII!
The entire car, for once:
A picture of the 1 mile I have put on the car since I've owned it.

Round #3
Here's an example of my custom exhaust, $16 at Midas (RB Downpipe -> custom pipe -> stock y-pipe -> stock mufflers)
And to show my appreciation for hypntyz7, I even snapped a picture of his automatic -> 5 speed mount he fabricated for me with the use of a drill
