GXL difference

Are Canadian s5 GXL's any different from American GXL's? Do they have the exact same features/parts?

want it a different code like gsx for the canadian ones? other than that i think they are the same but dont quote me on it. someone on here will know for sure.

i know the american counterparts has a shift up light.....at least thats all i know.

of yeah and the speedo reads miles...

Shift up light is only on the S4 models, not the S5
