GX Model FC

After looking aroung at websites, I stumbled along this...

1990 Stock GX

Now, is this guy full of crap? Or is this a real model?

Why I ask is, I THINK I have a GTU... But I have no power windows, and a power sunroof...

Do I have a GX? Or just another model with more/less options?

The GX is a Canadian model, similar to a Sport. Your 89 NA sounds like a GTU because it has a sunroof, although I'm not sure.

There wasn't a GTU in 87. Do you have the 4-lug or 5-lug wheels?

Um, how many nuts are holding each wheel on the car? It is either 4 or 5, so you should be able to count it on one hand.

The Canadian version of the se is a GX, the base is the same between US and Canada.. GX comes with phone dialers , and moonroof, electric mirrors and some other options, like tilt.. My gx though was shorted at birth and only got steel wheels, the only GX I have ever seen with them.. In 1990 didn't all rx-7's have the five bolt lugs anyway? Max

OK, that would rule out the Sport and GXL. That leaves the Coupe (Base), Coupe (Luxury), and SE models. Sorry, I don't remember the stats for these other models off hand, so I will try to remember to check the microfiche unless someone else can help you out with the ID in the meantime.
