Guru's help! tps or knock sensor??? 87TII

My car has semi-major hesitations under full boost above 4500rpm. Also sometimes boost normal (hard)other times boost as if fuel timing is retarded or off.I replaced the tps about 7-8 mths ago. But it was from the junk yard. this hesitation problem just started about 2 weeks ago. Its not a boost/vacuum leak. I read up on the symptoms of a bad knock sensor.
I just want to now if i can remove my knock sensor without severe repercautions?
ADVICE??

Have you checked your transition when the secondarys kick in? Does it backfire?

Hmmm..

I haven't checked the transition for the secondaries. the thing is, I really notice it in 1st(mostly) and 2nd although it will happen in all gears under full throttle and boost. Im wondering if the secondaries are sometimes just not coming on at all. like i said

sometimes she is real torquey and boost strong, other times drives like a "quick"na(you dont feel that extra powerband from the turbo. it will just kinda plataeu's till redline(this is what i have tried to narrow it down to)
-the MAF is not working/opening fully
-the secondaries or wiring for them are bad/not working
-the knock sensor??
-or maybe the ecu.
-bad tps(because under full throttle she will hesitate)
I had my car smogged(stupidly) the other day. the limits for HC(raw fuel) are 191 in cali. I read a 691. the test was done at 15mph and 25 mph. I think somehow this is all related to each other.
Test done to fix problem:
new alt, battery, starter
grounding mod
new(er)TPS
o2 sensor
new MAF(yes its the TII one)
rewired some broken wires from the alt,bac valve and whatever else I could find

replace plugs (don't just clean them). airflow meters hardly ever go bad

if you've flooded the car since then, they could still be bad. Rx-7's chew through plugs.
