Guru eccentric shaft?
i was wondering if anyone had any experience with the guru shaft
http://www.rotorsportsracing.com/per...ru2pcshaft.htm
not that im trying to turn huge RPM or anything, but it does say it doesnt flex as much, allowing better sealing and less wear.
just wondering if anyone could attest to that, or if it was just theory bs.
(although it would be nice to take my s4 up to 8k safely) =P
thanks in advance

I don't have exprience with it. I think the feature of the shaft being multi-piece is a side-effect of their center bearing, the bearing being what reduces flex. I would expect thermal preparation of a stock shaft to be as effective.
It's a beautiful piece.

Nice...reallly nice...
My TII fantasy engine includes the Guru e-shaft in blue-printed/balanced components with a big street port, a dry sump, a big anti-flex plate underneath, a T60 turbo and a v-mount int/rad. Yeah, take it to 8K rpm, make huge safe power, and smooth, smooth, smooth all the way. So sweet!
